Bosu Pushup

Personal trainer Darrick Kung demonstrates a Bosu Pushup. This exercise strengthens your core, shoulders and triceps.

Place both hands on top of the “ball side” of a Bosu balance trainer at hip-width or slightly closer. Place your feet at hip-width or slightly closer, as well.





Bending your elbows, lower your chest to the Bosu. Press up to return to the starting position.





Complete three sets of 5–10 repetitions as you are able.
